Summary: The Product Marketing Manager is a cross-functional, hands-on chameleon who can adapt to a fast paced environment and its changing needs in order to deliver top tier product marketing collateral and tool set to enable sales, client delivery, and directly or indirectly help our team achieve big revenue goals. The ideal candidate has exposure to marketing to SAAS customers in financial services, has delivered A to Z product marketing content, messaging, and materials. Graphic design, SEO/SEM, & demonstrated responsiveness in a competitive environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation, digital marketing, automation, content, product marketing, and field marketing
  • Prioritize lead attribution and reporting to maximize marketing investment and optimize spend
  • Leverage data and technology to connect prospect experiences across channels and deliver the right message to the right decision maker at the right time
  • Establish ROI estimation and reporting systems to drive product marketing with data-driven decisions aligned to business priorities such as new leads, qualified leads, revenue, & client feedback
  • Acquire new leads/users through effective, targeted product marketing technology tools
  • Create and track organic and paid acquisition channels including SEO, outbound, advertising
  • Drive, develop, and execute product launch activities including one pagers, webinars, email campaigns, sales training, etc
  • Track engagement and usage metrics and work with product owners to design, test, and implement new strategies to increase
  • Work flexibly and iteratively to adapt marketing tool set and approach to continuous internal/external client feedback & sentiment
  • Continually internally and externally test and tune messaging and structure including website, white papers, videos, and additional product marketing content
  • Execute A to Z product marketing priorities in partnership with product manager, sales, and technology
  • Work with internal and external customers to create case studies and customer success stories
  • Operate as high performing revenue enabler to support sales & product team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Four year degree from accredited university
  • 3-5 years experience in related field, graphic design experience
  • Experience managing Hubspot or similar technology products
  • Experience working with and managing analytical data products like Google Analytics
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales through product marketing activities
  • Demonstrated ability to use sales or business metrics to adapt marketing activities under accelerated timelines
  • Alignment with DemystData core values, results & service oriented
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and use time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural collaborator and strong listener
  • Diverse experience marketing to a variety of buyers, prefer some experience marketing to C-level buyers, financial services, technical audiences
